Community policy

Published and effective: October 17, 2026 · Version 1

Make everyday communication respectful

SignoffSpark supports personal expression, original ideas, businesses and community projects. Different cultural, political and religious viewpoints are welcome when shared lawfully and respectfully. Disagreement alone is not a reason to remove content. These rules apply to public content, organization spaces, comments, profiles and promotion activity.

Protect people

Do not post threats, targeted harassment, hateful attacks, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material or information intended to expose someone's private life. Do not publish confidential contacts, medical details, children's identifying information or other sensitive information without appropriate authority. Schools and youth projects must be operated by authorized adults. Report immediate threats to the appropriate emergency services as well as reporting content here.

Be authentic and accurate

Do not impersonate people or organizations, invent endorsements, falsify project progress or misattribute quotations. Clearly distinguish opinion, original writing and factual claims. Do not make deceptive health, financial or service claims. A profile or quote is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Mark demonstration content so visitors do not mistake it for real customers, donations, revenue or adoption.

Respect ownership and workplace rules

Follow the Content license and honor copyrights, trademarks and privacy. Only publish material you are entitled to share. Internal organization content must follow its audience restrictions and approval rules. Managers may set stricter, lawful workplace standards for signatures used by their organization. Employees' personal expression does not automatically represent their employer's endorsement.

No spam or manipulation

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, harvest contact details for unauthorized outreach, repeatedly contact people who declined, or use forms to send unwanted email. Do not manipulate likes, followers, visits, installation confirmations, rankings, credits or commissions. Automated abuse, permission bypasses and interference with the service are prohibited. Platform-provided prospect information may only be used for the approved task and applicable contact rules.

Honest projects and partnerships

Describe who runs a project, its intended beneficiaries, use of funds and relevant deadlines. Distinguish confirmed donations from manually reported amounts and link clicks; explain the source and update time of progress figures. SignoffSpark does not take a platform commission from donation principal. Separately charged services and commercial sponsorship must be clearly identified. Advertising exchanges require approval from each party; payment alone does not make a business 'trusted' or permit an endorsement claim. Offers must state real conditions and expiry dates.

Report, review and appeal

Use available report controls or Support to identify a concern and provide the relevant content link and a concise explanation. We may investigate, request changes, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts according to severity, recurrence and legal requirements. We may act promptly for urgent harm or abuse. If you believe a decision was mistaken, request a review through Support and include the relevant notice or item. Do not use reporting to harass someone or silence lawful disagreement.

Changing content and ongoing responsibility

Publishers are responsible for updates to recurring lists. Correct errors, remove expired promotions and change completed projects to appropriate outcomes or thank-you messages. Platform review and organization approval do not remove that responsibility. This page's version and publication date identify the current policy.
