Privacy policy

Who is responsible

Yeekle Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates SignoffSpark. This policy explains information handled for accounts, signatures, publishing, organizations, support and paid services. Contact us through Support for privacy questions or requests. Do not submit passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information in a support message.

Information we handle

Account information may include your email, account identifier, profile, login provider and security events. We handle content and preferences you submit, organization membership and permissions, invitations, subscriptions, interactions, project or promotion records, support messages and billing records. A payment processor handles payment-card information; SignoffSpark does not need your full card number or security code to provide your account. Basic request data may include IP address, browser information, timestamps and security or delivery logs.

Signature details and mailbox connections

Some signature draft and identity settings are saved on your device. Features that you explicitly enable, such as account synchronization or a mailbox connection, may transfer the details and permissions needed for that feature to our servers or its integration. Do not assume every field remains local after enabling synchronization. Connection codes may give access to the signature content or configuration associated with them: protect them and disconnect or replace a connection you no longer want. We use mailbox permissions only for the connection's described purpose. A connection is not authorization to send unrelated emails or read your inbox for advertising.

Public and organization information

Public pages, published lists, comments and information you intentionally make public can be viewed, copied or shared by others. People receiving your emails can see the signature information you include. Authorized organization members can access organization content according to their permissions. Private drafts, restricted organization content and financial records should not be exposed merely because an account has a public page. Review the audience before publishing; removing material cannot recall copies already sent or saved elsewhere.

Why we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, maintain user choices, support collaboration, process purchases, investigate problems and meet legal obligations. We also use appropriately scoped activity data to understand adoption and improve the product. Referral information can associate a visit or signup with its source; a click, image request or preview is not proof of installation, a donation or a sale. Where consent is required for optional marketing or tracking, you can decline or withdraw it. Requesting example emails does not opt you into marketing.

Service providers and disclosures

Depending on the features you use, providers include Supabase for backend and account services, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. Google or Microsoft may process data when you use their sign-in or mailbox integrations. Their processing is also subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We share information needed to deliver those services, with authorized parties you choose to work with, or where required by law. We do not grant advertisers unrestricted access to private mailbox content. A change in business ownership may involve transfer of service records with applicable privacy safeguards and notice.

Storage, security and retention

We retain information for the service purpose and applicable legal, financial, dispute-resolution or security needs. Retention varies by record; deleting an account may not immediately remove required transaction records, backups or information already published or sent to others. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system is risk-free. Providers may process data in countries other than yours, subject to applicable transfer requirements. We will handle reportable security incidents as required by law.

Your choices and rights

You can change available profile and privacy settings, remove your public content, disconnect integrations, adjust notification preferences and contact Support to request access, correction, export or deletion. Rights depend on your location; we may verify your identity and explain any lawful exception. Essential account, security and transaction notices are separate from optional marketing. Accounts are intended for adults. Schools and nonprofits should avoid exposing children's identifying or sensitive information and must obtain any required authority before submitting it.

Policy updates

This page shows its current version and publication date. We will provide notice and seek consent where required for material changes. Contact Support if you need clarification about a feature's data handling before enabling it.
