About SignoffSpark

SignoffSpark is operated by Yeekle Inc., a Delaware corporation. These terms govern use of our website, signature tools, publishing services and organization workspaces. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Accounts and authority

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Schools and youth projects must be managed by authorized adults. Keep your account and connection codes secure, provide accurate information and report suspected unauthorized access through Support. If you act for an organization, you must have its permission and stay within your assigned permissions. An organization role does not grant platform administrative authority.

Your content and choices

You retain your rights in content you provide. Only upload, quote or share material you are entitled to use. Our Content license explains the limited permissions needed to host and display content and let other users adopt public content in signatures. You control what you publish publicly; organization-only material must stay within its permitted audience. Following a publisher, subscribing to a list and adding content to an email signature are separate actions.

Signatures and email delivery

Review your signature before sending email. Image signatures depend on the recipient's email application: images may be blocked or cached, and a live image in an older email may later display different content. Text inserted by a supported integration is a snapshot in the draft; subsequent changes do not rewrite the text of a sent message. Available integrations and client support are described in Add to email. Saving settings or requesting example emails does not install a signature. Example emails are sent at your request and do not by themselves subscribe you to marketing.

Free services, purchases and cancellation

Free features and paid features are identified on the site. Basic advertising exchanges and publishing nonprofit projects do not require buying a paid plan. Paid services, renewal terms, price, taxes and any discount must be shown at checkout before purchase. Do not treat a draft plan, an unapproved proposal or a demonstration as a purchase promise. Manage an existing subscription through its billing page or contact Support. Cancellation, refunds and entitlements follow the terms shown for that purchase and applicable law; nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

Donations and commercial activity

SignoffSpark does not deduct a platform commission from donation principal. Payment-provider charges or fees imposed by an external fundraising provider may apply and should be disclosed by the receiving organization or provider. Separately agreed fundraising support, advertising and platform services are commercial charges, not deductions disguised as donations. Organizations are responsible for their project information and donation destinations. Partner commissions relate to actual commercial service income and agreed rules, not donation principal. Exchanges require the participating parties' approval; sponsored content must be identified.

Responsible use and service limitations

Follow the Community policy. Do not impersonate others, infringe rights, send unsolicited bulk messages, manipulate metrics or rewards, circumvent permissions, or interfere with the service. We may restrict content or access to investigate abuse, enforce these policies or comply with law. You may request a review through Support. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery by an email provider, fundraising results or advertising returns. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services or uses outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and questions

The version and publication date displayed on this page identify the current terms. Material changes affecting users' rights or obligations should be communicated before they take effect when required by law; changing this page alone does not obtain any legally required consent.
