You keep your rights

Uploading or publishing content on SignoffSpark does not transfer ownership to Yeekle Inc. or another user. You must own the necessary rights, have permission, or have another lawful basis to use the material. Attribution is not a substitute for permission. A historical quotation, an author's death or availability on the internet does not by itself make material free to reuse; copyright status varies by work and jurisdiction.

Permission to operate the service

When you submit content, you grant SignoffSpark a non-exclusive permission, without a separate royalty, to store, reproduce, format, render and display it as needed to provide the features you request. This includes producing signature text or images and distributing content to the audience you select. We may use service providers for those operations. This permission does not transfer ownership or grant a blanket right to sell your work independently or use it for unrelated purposes.

What public publication allows

Publishing a public list or signature item authorizes other users to select it, include it in email signatures and share its source through SignoffSpark's features. Email recipients may view the resulting signature without a SignoffSpark account. Users must preserve required attribution, respect applicable rights and avoid implying an author's endorsement. Publishing one short excerpt does not license a whole book, image collection or other work. Do not upload substantial book passages, copyrighted artwork or other protected material unless your permissions cover this use.

Attribution and editing

Keep the author and source accurate when known. Label your own writing as original when appropriate, and do not attribute generated or uncertain text to a real person as fact. Personal selection, hiding items or permitted formatting does not make the underlying work yours. Changes must not misrepresent an author or remove legally required credits. For continuous lists, publishers remain responsible for new items as well as the original collection.

Organization and certified content

Organization-only content is limited to its authorized audience and permissions. An employee may contribute or use it only within the organization's rules. Platform certification or an organization's approval means content has passed the stated review process; it is not a transfer of rights, a legal guarantee or a promise that the author endorses an organization or advertiser. A publisher must still have the rights needed for each item.

Withdrawal and existing copies

You may withdraw content or change its availability using the relevant controls. Withdrawal can prevent new selection and future delivery, but cannot recall signature text already sent, images copied elsewhere, recipient downloads or third-party caches. We may retain limited records or copies for backups, security, disputes and legal requirements. Users should stop new use when notified that permission has ended or content infringes rights.

Commercial use and promotion

Content may appear next to a user's personal, business or nonprofit signature. This does not authorize endorsement claims. Advertisements, sponsored placements and partnership materials require their own approvals and any necessary rights, and must be identified as commercial where appropriate. Do not use another person's identity, logo or work to suggest a partnership without permission.

Rights complaints

Use Support to report a rights concern. Identify the work, the relevant SignoffSpark URL or item, the rights involved, your authority to act and a way to contact you. Do not include unnecessary private information. We may request clarification, restrict disputed material and offer an opportunity to respond where appropriate. Applicable legal notice procedures and rights remain available; this policy is not a ruling on whether a particular quotation is lawful.
