For schools and organizations

Publishing stays with authorized staff. Adoption stays voluntary, account-free and free of charge.

Who this is for

Companies, schools and universities, associations, charities, faith communities and public-affairs organizations share the same workspace, roles and approval tools with terminology and templates suited to each.

What students never have to do

No account, no email address, no class, student ID, home address or birthdate. Name and role are optional, stay on the device, and are never sent to us. Student views carry no advertising, behavioural analytics or session replay, and never solicit payments, tips or donations.

Roles and approvals

Owner, administrator, publisher/editor, approver, analyst, member and billing manager. Approval binds the exact content version; a material edit invalidates it. Organizations cannot read a member's personal assets.

Fundraising

Donation principal carries zero SignoffSpark commission. Integrated donation collection is not active: who covers payment-processing fees, the payment provider and the supported territories are unresolved, so no live collection and no 100%-net claim is offered.

How a school uses it

  1. 1A verified representative creates the school page with official name, logo, motto and mission.
  2. 2Staff publish a motto and community list: stable motto content plus approved campus stories, events and dated announcements.
  3. 3A supporter kit gives teachers, students, alumni and fans a preview, a free adoption link, a share card and an installation guide.
  4. 4The dashboard reports subscriptions, evidence-based adoption and valid visits — never enrolment or donations inferred from a click.

What is built today

Workspace records, roles, membership and content permissions are implemented in the database with server-side rules. Approval workspaces, supporter kits, starter drafts and dashboards are still being built.
